Meet Andrew

Andrew Frankland MSc APFS

Chartered Financial Planner

I am the man behind MODO, having made the decision to build my own advice practice and deliver a service I believe in. Financial products (pensions, ISAs, premium bonds - you name it) are often essential to a financial plan but these alone do not answer life’s burning questions. It takes time, empathy, understanding and years of training and practical experience to be able to translate people’s finances into a plan that helps them get what they truly want from life.

Answering these questions is where I find genuine job satisfaction. Recommending a product is easy. Creating a solution is more complex but is certainly worth it.

As a regulated financial planner, my clients are afforded every level of protection that they would receive from larger firms but by keeping the operation small, they experience something personal and powerful.

I’ve worn a suit fewer than 10 times in my professional career and rarely refuse a biscuit.

Regulation

When receiving advice, it is important that you deal with somebody who is authorised to give regulated advice. A Statement of Professional Standing is confirmation that an adviser meets the criteria to practice in this field. View mine here.

In order to deliver regulated advice in the UK, advisers must be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority - you can view my regulatory record here.
